6,17 tonnes of recycling items removed from a detached 3 bedroom house clearance, and it took two & half days to complete.
A 3 bedroom house clearance carried out by Property Clearance Specialists LHCS from Falkirk normally accumulates to around 2 tonnes of stuff and that includes the shed, garage and loft, but this one was a little bit different. The loft was full to the rafters and it took us almost 4 hours to remove everything from it and it weighed just under 2 tonnes. All the bedrooms where full every type of item you can think of, including 1000s of LPs and books.
All the wardrobes and cupboards where full of cloths, handbags, shoes, magazines and empty boxes, one even had a table and chairs inside. The kitchen had almost 1 tonne of ceramics, pots and pans, old mixers x2, old toasters x 3 kettles x4 and a cooker, washing machine and fridge - freezer.
The garage with also fool of old bikes, wood, metal, paint pots, cans of oil and about 100 old coffee jars of screws, nails and bolts, perfect for recycling.
